For G21 to lead and influence an integrated approach to health and wellbeing through a collective approach that builds on the strength of its Members.
Recognising the many factors that can influence health and wellbeing including, employment, housing, educational opportunities, gender and race and the impact these factors have on the communities of Colac Otway, Golden Plains, Greater Geelong, Queenscliffe and Surf Coast.

Vision for G21
To increase the engagement and involvement of the private sector (though the G21 Pillars and the Board) in advancing the purpose of the organisation and delivering the best outcomes for our region, with a focus on opportunities for prosperity in Corio, Norlane, Whittington and Colac.
To date, there has been an over reliance on local government, government agencies and community groups in pursuing the objectives of the organisation.
