POINT GREY PRECINCT

PROJECT / Cultural & Economic Development Pillar

The Point Grey redevelopment will strengthen the precinct’s natural beauty, rich history and rugged character, creating a unique experience for local residents and visitors while delivering economic and community benefit to the Lorne township and wider community.

This project has been funded and a masterplan is under development.

What has been committed

The Federal Government has committed

  • $8 million towards the Point Grey, Loren redevelopment under the Geelong City Deal.

The Great Ocean Road Authority has committed $2 million to development.
